Our products have a free 30-day exchange and return policy!
We want to ensure that you are satisfied with the fit, appearance, and comfort of our products, which is why we offer a 30-day free exchange and return policy for your order at Matkahuolto.
Free customer returns
You can make a free return via Matkahuolto regardless of the delivery method of your order. Please note that we only accept all exchanges and returns via Matkahuolto.

Exchanges ↩️
We offer one free exchange/return per order. Please indicate on the form that comes with your order which product and size you would like to exchange for. Include the form in your package and return it to us according to the instructions. You will receive an email from us when your exchange has been processed and the new product has been sent to you.
Refund ↩️
We will refund the price of the products you returned directly to the payment method you used when placing the order.
If you return your order in full, we will also refund the cheapest shipping fee. If you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest, we will deduct the additional costs incurred from the refunded amount.
If you make a partial refund and the value of your order is below the free shipping limit, we will deduct the list price shipping fee from the refunded amount.
Walley invoice: For partial refunds, Walley does not automatically update the invoice, but you can deduct the amount we refunded from the invoice yourself.
Complaints✍🏻
Check the product before using it. If there is a defect or error in the product upon receipt, please send us a message before returning it to our customer service onnelliset@berrypiper.com . Write a verbal description and attach 1-3 pictures of the defect. We handle each complaint separately, and normally respond to them within 24 hours.
Please note these:
A customer return is eligible when the product is clean and intact, the product tags have not been removed and there are no signs of use. If the product you are returning contains, for example, pet hair, we cannot accept the return. Similarly, strong odors, deodorant traces, traces of washing the product, etc. will lead to the return being rejected.
Harem pants are purposefully lightweight and made of thin, inelastic fabric, and are not designed to withstand heavy strain. If the product is the right size, it will not be tight in any place. If the customer causes excessive strain on the product by using it, resulting in the fabric or seam unraveling, we will not compensate for the damage caused by this, and we cannot accept returns. Only use the product after you have checked its fit!
Unclaimed package❌
Failure to pick up or refuse to accept the package does not constitute a refund. If the customer fails to pick up the package, we will deduct shipping and handling costs of €14.90 from the refunded amount.
Shop tops 🛍️
We include a tote bag/drawstring backpack with every order. However, if you return all items in the order, please also return the tote bags. If you only want to keep the bag, we will deduct €9.90 from the refund amount.
Discounts and free shipping ✂️🚚
Any quantity or additional discount and free shipping will be granted with a discount code or automation when the total order amount qualifies for the discount. The highest percentage of the discount codes will remain valid. If you make a customer return and the total order amount is below the discount terms, the discount and shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Example 1:
You order two products and have received a -10% quantity discount. When you return the second product, the quantity discount condition is not met and the discount is void. The difference will be deducted from the refund amount.
Example 2:
You order three products, and you have received a -20% quantity discount and free shipping because the 70 euro limit has been exceeded. You make a customer return for one product, leaving only two products and the order drops to the first discount level. If the 70 euro delivery cost limit is not exceeded, a delivery fee of 4.90 euros will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
We do not refund price differences if the price of a product decreases after purchase. This means that previous orders will not be affected by sales or price changes. The discounted price shows the lowest price for the product over the previous 30 days.
Accuracy of information. ⓘ
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided for shipment.
We offer one free exchange or return per order.
If the customer returns products from the same order in several batches, we will charge €14.90 for additional returns and processing costs. The costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded for the order.
These terms and conditions are in place to prevent abuse.
We strive to process all exchanges and returns as quickly as possible and always send an email to the customer when the return has been processed. If you have not received a refund after 3 weeks of return, please contact us.
