Walley will send the invoice to your email the day after the order. The invoice always has a fixed payment period of 30 days from the time of order. In the case of partial refunds, Walley will not update the invoice, but the customer can deduct the amount we have refunded from their invoice on their own. If there are any problems with the invoice, you can inquire about it from customer service .
Please read the more detailed terms and conditions of the finance company, which you will see when you accept the payment. By accepting the payment, you also accept the terms and conditions of the finance company.
Payment service provider Paytrail
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as a payment intermediary and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask you to primarily contact the product supplier.

Bank charges
You have access to payment buttons from all Finnish banks. You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP-pankki, Säästöpankki, S-pankki and Ålandsbanken. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payee on your bank statement, and we will forward your payment to the online merchant. From the online store, you will be directed directly to your own bank to make the payment securely.
Credit card payments
You can pay in the online store with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard cards. The online store uses the international Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode authentication services.
Paytrail appears as the payee on the card invoice and forwards the customer's payment card directly to the merchant. Card payments are made securely using a secure payment form and payment card information is not stored in the online store's systems.
MobilePay
With MobilePay, you can pay for your online purchases securely with just one swipe. The most used mobile payment application in Finland. Read more.
Google Pay
Google Pay is a fast, easy, and secure way to pay for purchases on websites, apps, and in stores using cards saved to your Google Account. Your card details are never shared with the merchant. Learn more.
Apple Pay
You can pay with Apple Pay online or in apps. Apple Pay will appear at checkout when your Apple Pay account is active. Learn more.
Klarna
When you choose Klarna, you can pay for your purchase in one go or split the payment into several installments. You will receive an invoice in your email / Klarna app when your order has been shipped.
Klarna offers 30 days of interest-free and fee-free payment. You can also pay the invoice in installments if you wish. You do not need to provide your payment card details when ordering.
Klarna charges a reminder fee of EUR 5.00 for late payments.

Walley
If you wish, you can choose Walley Invoice/Installment as the payment method for your order, in which case the products will be delivered to you first and the invoice will be sent later. The finance company will add its own invoicing surcharge to the order. Please note that even when paying by invoice, identity verification is done with online banking credentials. Read more here.
Paying with a discount code
At Berry Piper, you can also pay with codes. The value of the code, its validity period, and the discount code required at the checkout stage are always delivered to the customer electronically. When you are ready to proceed to checkout, enter the discount code in the “Enter discount code” field at checkout. The online store will automatically calculate a discount corresponding to the value of your code from the total amount of your purchases. If there is still a balance to be paid for the total amount of the order after using the gift card, you can make the payment using your chosen payment method. The discount code must be used once and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Conditional discount and free shipping
Any quantity or additional discount and free shipping will be granted with a discount code, automation and/or application, when the total order amount or the number of products qualifies for the discount. If you make a customer return, after which the total order amount falls below the discount terms, we will deduct the discount and shipping fee from the refunded amount.
