We want what's best for our customers and the environment, so we offer affordable and carbon-neutral trackable shipping on all orders. Free shipping on orders over €70!

Fast 24 hour shipping 🚚

We normally ship your package within 24 hours of your order. When you order before 2:00 PM, your order will usually be shipped the same day. This means you can enjoy your wonderfully colorful and comfortable products in just 1-2 days!

Carbon neutral delivery 🌱

We work in partnership with Shopify, and offset the carbon footprint of every delivery. The offset is used to reforest and sequester carbon in the soil.; The Shopify Sustainability Fund finances the operations of Suomalainen Carbofex . Read more: shopify.com/climate .

Delivery methods:

• Matkahuolto 4.90 (free for orders over €70)
  Packages are normally available for collection the next business day. Matkahuolto keeps shipments available for collection for 7 days.
  
  
• Matkahuolto - XXS Door-to-door delivery 6.90 (free for orders over €70)
  Delivery to mailboxes and letterboxes takes 2–4 days. Delivery is mainly done as a day delivery. The package can be tracked via Matkahuolto's shipment tracking or in real time in the Parcels app throughout the journey. The delivery person will make a delivery note when placing the package in the recipient's mailbox, letterbox or, if the package cannot fit through the letterbox for some reason, behind the door. After this, the package is the recipient's responsibility.
  
  
• Matkahuolto - Home delivery 12.90
  For home delivery, Matkahuolto will contact you via text message about the incoming package to arrange a delivery time. The Home Delivery package will be delivered to the recipient on the weekday following the agreed delivery time.

Additional terms:

If you choose to deliver to a machine and it is possibly full, it may be transferred to another pickup point. In this case, it is the customer's responsibility to pick up the package from the pickup point to which the order has been transferred. The customer is obliged to follow the progress of the order using the information received by email. If the customer does not pick up the package, we will deduct a processing fee of 14.90 euros from the refunded amount. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided for the delivery of the order.

If you return all the products in your order, we will also refund you the delivery fee*. If you return some of the products in your order and/or the value of your order is less than 70 euros after the return, we will deduct the delivery fee from the refunded amount. *We will deduct the additional costs incurred by using a delivery option other than the cheapest from the refunded amount (KSL Chapter 6, Section 17, Subsection 3).

We include a free Berry Piper bag with every order. If you return all items in the order, please also return the free bag. However, if you want to keep the bag, we will deduct 9.90 euros from the refund amount.

Order tracking

You can track the progress of your order with the tracking code that you will receive in your shipping confirmation email. Registered users can also find the tracking code in their customer account. Follow the path: Log in -> Order history -> Open order details by clicking on the order number.

We only share your information with third parties that comply with data protection regulations and the law. Your information will be shared with, among others, the following parties:

Your information may be transferred outside of Europe, such as to Canada and the United States. If you live in Europe, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and ask us to amend, update or delete it where appropriate. 6. Regular sources of information
The customer's own declaration, Berry Piper's ordering system and any purchases of customer data from external parties in accordance with Finnish law.

7. Principles of register protection
Manual materials are stored in a locked and electronically protected space.
The computer-based system is kept in a locked space, protected by a firewall, username and password protection.

Information is shared both internally and externally with the following groups:
- For those people in the company who need information to perform their work tasks.
- To authorities as required by law (for example, social and tax authorities)
- To partners and subcontractors necessary for order processing and customer relationship management (e.g. parties involved in payment and delivery of orders).

Only employees of the controller who have been pre-defined and whose job description includes processing the data have access to and are authorized to use the data contained in the register. These employees are bound by a duty of confidentiality.

8. Right of inspection and exercise of the right of inspection
Registered persons have the right to inspect the information stored in the register concerning them and to receive copies of it. The inspection request must be made in writing and signed. The inspection request must be submitted to the company responsible for the register.

9. Correction of information and implementation of correction of information
The data subject has the right to demand that incorrect information in the register be corrected. The request for correction must be made in writing and sufficiently specific.
Requests for data correction are addressed in writing to the company responsible for registry matters.

10. Right of prohibition
The data subject has the right to prohibit the controller from processing personal data concerning him or her for the purposes of direct advertising, distance selling and other direct marketing, as well as market and opinion research and genealogy. The prohibition shall be addressed in writing to the company responsible for the registration matters.
