Yes. We want you to be able to try on your product at home without any risk, which is why we offer a free 30-day exchange and return policy for your order. We offer one free Matkahuolto return/exchange per order.

Please indicate on the form that comes with your order which product and size you would like to exchange for. Include the form in your package and return it to us according to the instructions. Once we have inspected your returned product, we will send you the replacement product you requested. You will receive an email from us when your exchange has been processed and the new product has been sent to you. Read more.

Check the product before using it. If there is a defect or error in the product upon receipt, please send us a message before returning it to our customer service at meksoluset@berrypiper.com . Write a verbal description and attach 1-3 pictures of the defect. We handle each complaint separately, and normally respond to them within 24 hours.

Our selection consists of harem pants, jumpsuits, palazzo pants, as well as skirts and dresses. We have both traditional low-cut harem pants and trouser-style harem pants with a high crotch. The dresses and skirts are also very light and comfortable to wear.

We manufacture our products ourselves in Northern Thailand. We have done careful background work, and chosen a reliable manufacturer who supplies consistent quality products made by their artisans, and offers them long-term jobs and regular income.

We pay the appropriate taxes and customs duties to Finland on the products we manufacture. When your product has the Berry Piper logo, you know that the product is of high quality and has gone through a careful process before reaching you.

We use natural materials, such as cotton and viscose, in our products. The materials are hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive skin.

Berry Piper Oy is an online store founded in 2017 by two entrepreneurs from Joensuu, currently operating in Tampere. In addition to ourselves, we employ employees part-time or as a contracted service for modeling, photography, and operational work in the online store.
